Repeat Prescriptions

At Wetmore Road surgery we have changed the way you order repeat prescriptions. We hope this will help improve the service we provide to all our patients.

PATIENT ACCESS is a secure website that will enable you to order repeat medications and book appointments online.

You can order your repeat prescription in the following ways:

By using the pre-printed computer slip
Delivering it in person or by post
Via Patient Access (registration is required for this – please see the Patient Access pages for further information)

Once received at the surgery your repeat prescription will be ready for collection within 2 working days.

If you use the postal system for prescriptions, please allow extra time for delivery.

Repeat prescriptions can be collected in person, or by your pharmacist with prior arrangement or returned by post if a SAE is supplied.

Please note:

We cannot take prescription requests over the phone in any circumstances due to the risk of errors.
