The Doctors and staff at Wetmore Road Surgery are proud to offer the highest standard of patient-centered health care. Every patient will be allocated a named, accountable GP who will take overall responsibility for care within the practice.
We run many clinics for the management of chronic diseases such as asthma and diabetes. We also offer a wide variety of other medical services, including antenatal and postnatal care, minor surgery, childhood vaccinations and well-person check-ups, amongst others.
Our aim is to provide a range of services to help you understand your health needs and ongoing care.
With this in mind the practice Newsletter is produced 3 times a year and provides information about people working at the surgery, together with current health news. Recent editions can be found through the link on the right of this page.
The practice is proud to have been accepted as a member of the Primary Care Research Network. This is primarily funded to host the recruitment of patients from primary care into high quality studies and trials. For further information click here
Wetmore Road Surgery is a “training practice” for trainee GP’s. All GP trainees consult under the direct supervision of a GP Partner. We hope that you will allow trainee GP’s to be involved with your care during the duration of their placement. For more information click here
