Covid 19 Shielding Patients & Care Home Residents New Service
A new service for patients who are on the Covid 19 shielding list and residents in care homes are eligible to get free vitamin D.
Patients will receive a letter inviting them to opt in for a supply and will get four months’ worth delivered to their homes.
If patients do not want to wait for the letter, they can go to the NHS website or Direct Government website, where they will be asked to complete an online form.
