IMPORTANT: Coronavirus – From 15th June 2020 if you are attending Wetmore Road Surgery you will be asked to wear face covering.

From 15th June 2020 if you are attending Wetmore Road Surgery, you will be asked to wear a face covering.

This is to protect our patients and staff.  Please continue to follow handwashing and social distancing guidelines, as per government guidance exemptions apply. When being asked to wear face masks there will be exceptions to these rules for very young children, disabled people and those with breathing difficulties.

If you have been in contact with someone confirmed as having Coronavirus or you are showing symptoms of the virus, you may be at risk of Coronavirus. Please do NOT leave the house. Instead, go online and check the NHS111 Coronavirus site

If you need a sick note regarding self-isolation due to Covid-19, please be advised that the government has set up a new service for ‘self-isolation’ notes that can be accessed online. Please use the following link <https://111.nhs.uk/isolation-note>.

You do NOT need a note from your GP. Please help the surgery by only contacting us for more urgent needs such as if you require an appointment. Thank you.
